We discover the requests, priorities and needs of our customers and begin to offer technical support services at the pre-sales phase. Subsequently, we offer end-to-end services comprised of setup services and after-sales maintenance services in order to maximize customer experience. 

We keep in close contact with our business partners in setup and maintenance processes. We make sure that our support services are offered with due regard for preserving our relationship with our business partners so that they will not lead to any competition with our partners. We organize a number of pre-sales and after-sales events such as training, promotion and workshop organizations.
